How to Sign Up for RazALERT - Students
When you log into ISIS, go to the Student Center.

A warning will pop up if this is the first time you've logged in since RAZAlert has started or every 90 days:

To continue to the ISIS, you must click OK. This will take you to the RazALERT contact page.

On this page, you'll need to enter your emergency contact information, update it, or simply check it for mistakes. The RazALERT system allows you to add six phone numbers, an additional email address aside from your UARK email, and a number for SMS text messaging.

The first time you log into the RazALERT contact page, you will need to enter your primary phone which will receive telephone alerts.
If you receive an error after entering your phone number:

Please make sure it is in North American format: 4795551234, 479-555-1234 or 479/555-1234.
Do not use parentheses to mark area code.
If you receive an error stating:

Make sure you have entered your primary contact phone. Once entered, make sure you select the phone type: home phone, mobile phone, or work phone. Then mark the Primary checkbox. If this is a mobile phone to which you'd like to receive SMS alerts, mark the Text Message Phone checkbox. If this is a TTY phone for the hearing impaired, mark the TTY Phone checkbox.
If you receive an error message about your email entry:

Make sure that your email address is in the proper format of user@uark.edu, containing an "at" symbol (@) and a period (.).
If you receive an error message about your email entry stating:

This could be caused by accidentally inputing wrong characters within the first portion of the email before the @ sign. These characters include !@( )\ /> < [ ] " ;: as well as a number of European symbols.
